Service Description

Join us at Core Fitness Concept for a challenging Boot Camp in the Park! This total body workout is designed to build strength, improve stamina, and enhance core strength and balance. Get ready to burn tons of calories and get into amazing shape while enjoying the fresh air. Registration is limited, open to individuals 16 years and older. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a pair of medium-sized dumbbells.

Boot Camp in the Park: *60 minutes outdoor Boot Camp (seasonal): $20 - only offered Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 AM weather permitting Virtual Weight Loss Coaching: *30 minutes online coaching sessions: $65/session 6 Week Weight Loss Program: *6 Week Weight Loss Program (includes Prep Week): $99 *Discounts applicable to 6WWLP Alumni 24-hour Cancellation Policy enforced.
