Small Group Training
Let the games begin. This is our most popular package, which is designed for 3-6 people. These training programs are suitable for any level of fitness. If you are looking for the motivation of a group setting but are still looking for that individual attention, then this is your program. This program is also extremely cost effective allowing you to get the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the price.
