Saturday Morning Bootcamp
Our weekend fitness Bootcamp meets at 7am on Sat mornings. The program is designed to supplement your current program or provide you with a great introductory program. 1. Where is Bootcamp?
Arcadia and Paradise Valley
2. What do I need to bring?
Just bring a yoga mat or large towel for floor exercises. Oh and don't forget your water.
3. How long do the camps last?
Your initial commitment is for 12 weeks. After that it is month-month, just let us know and we will cancel your membership. However many people choose to continue training (we offer a great deal for our loyal members).
4. Do I need to be fit to join Bootcamp
Bootcamp is designed for all levels, however you do need to be committed to our exercise and nutrition program.
