Welcome to Core Fitness Concepts

I'm Lee Gough, owner of Core Fitness Concepts. I'm certified though the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have had experience in both private personal training and within large fitness centers.

My past clients have ranged from 13 to 92 years of age. I have trained golf professionals, Indy car drivers, and regular clients seeking to lose weight. Because I have experienced such a diverse set of clients with a wide range of goals, I am able to successfully customize and tailor each workout to meet your specific goal.

My personal goal is to provide fitness programs that get you results! I look forward to hearing from you and helping you realize you goals.


Keys to Success

  1. Set Realistic and Specific Goals. If you don't know what you end goal is, your chances for success are greatly reduced. Set specific goals: how much weight do you want to lose? By what date? Don't worry; we will work with you to build your plan that gets the results you want.


  2. Plan ahead. How is your new program going to fit into your lifestyle, family, schedule? You are embarking on a great journey to the new you. Life can through challenges at you, so plan ahead so you can move forward towards the results you want in the midst of a busy schedule.


  3. Take Action. You can keep doing the same things and get further away from where you want to be. This is unfortunately the option most people choose. Don't be like the rest of the tem. Take action and commit to building the new you.
